2023 Summary
2023 was the year of strategic expansion and product differentiation. We kicked off the year with our first Revenue Kickoff (RKO) in Denver—themed “Mission to MARS”—followed quickly by navigating the turbulence of the Silicon Valley Bank crash. Product growth accelerated in May with the launch of SMS Sales (a huge win for Super Enterprise customers like True Classic) and the strategic acquisition of Fondue, which immediately added differentiation to our platform. We solidified our market leadership by opening our own E-commerce SMS Sales Center(ESC) and expanded our platform to support complex segments like alcohol brands. Amidst the high-stakes growth, the team retained its unique culture, symbolized by the legendary 24-hour Zoom call, which jokingly resulted in Adam needing a "spiritual cleanse."
