2022 Summary
The company came of age in 2022, a year defined by both fresh funding and market correction. We started with a major rebrand and hired our first senior engineering leader to instill a new level of engineering rigor, which led to a full rebuild of our architecture. In June, we announced a successful Series C round, boasting 8,500 Shopify brands as customers. However, in a major test of our Humility value, we needed to right size our expense structure and team to support stabilizing growth trends one month later. This difficult, proactive decision ensured the company's long-term runway in a shifting economic climate. Culturally, the year saw the birth of the next era of People Ops with things like the launch of our first real reviews, and we closed the year with with two milestones: the largest-ever gathering of Postscript employees in Denver and our First Holiday Party–which has since become a favorite annual tradition.
New PTO policy announced
PTO-gate is a memorable part of Postscript history. A new PTO policy rollout turned frantic when an anonymous comment box was opened and an almost two hour Town Hall was hosted.

The Largest Postie Gathering
In December 2022, Denver hosted 5 teams at the same time having an offsite. That night we gathered at a brewery, and Beller declared the largest gathering of Posties ever (at that time)!
First Holiday Party
The entire thing was epic. Needed to be in the Vault. Also important to note, this was put together about a week ahead of time and we had no idea how it was going to go.
