Compliance update: New waking hours for Connecticut effective October 1st

Connecticut is the most recent state to pass their own mini TCPA legislation. Starting October 1st, Connecticut’s waking hours have been reduced to 8:00am to 8:00pm local time. We’ve got the tools you need to ensure you are maintaining a compliant SMS program.

Auto-resolve incoming subscriber responses to conversational flows

When building an interactive campaign or automation, Flow Builder can register a variety of flexible responses from your subscribers that automate replies based on the conditions you set when you craft the flow.

As you receive subscriber responses following an interactive campaign or automation, you may want to manage these incoming responses differently than other subscriber messages. You can now set your automation or campaign flow to automatically resolve incoming subscriber replies to interactive flows so these replies do not funnel into your help desk– saving your Support team time they may have otherwise spent reviewing and closing out tickets that don’t require their attention.

You can now exclude and include multiple segments in Campaign Flows.

That’s right! You asked and we delivered. Flow Builder now supports the ability to exclude and include multiple segments–up to 10 total segments– in campaign flows. This feature is currently in beta and will be rolled out to all shops in the coming weeks. If you’d like to enable it for your account, please contact our support team or your Customer Success Manager.

Segment and filter subscribers based on which popup they signed up with.

By targeting subscribers based on which popup they opted in with, you can create a unique and personalized SMS experience for your subscribers throughout their customer journey.

For example, let’s say you’re actively running two popups on your website to capture subscribers. You’ve got a popup incentivizing CashBack on your homepage and a popup incentivizing exclusive access on your Best Sellers page. You can create contextual automations and campaigns based on which popup– CashBack or Exclusive Access– your subscribers signed up with. 😎
