
What’s New in Postscript: July 2025 Product Updates
We’ve been hard at work delivering meaningful improvements to your favorite tools so you can move faster, target smarter, and create better experiences for your subscribers.
Here’s what’s new in Postscript this month.
New "Last Replied Date” Filter in Segments
This new segmentation filter lets you include or exclude subscribers based on when they last sent a text to your brand so you can:
Identify and retarget subscribers in active conversations
Time-sensitive targeting for re-engagement flows
Smarter exclusions for subscribers who recently replied
Re-target subscribers who have previously engaged with Shopper
With the Last Replied Date segment filter, you can define custom time frames (e.g. “within last 2 hours”, “in last 3 days”). Postscript makes it easy to identify intentional replies by automatically excluding keyword replies like “Y” or “STOP” from this filter. Now available now for all merchants.
Popup Enhancements: More Control, Better Design, and Live Previews
We made several improvements to popups that give you more flexibility and polish:
Real-time Onsite Preview: Preview your popup live on your storefront or test on a mobile device using a QR code.
Editor Enhancements: Set different styles for mobile and desktop, separate images from content, and get more precise image alignment controls.
Teaser Customization: Add rich text, choose teaser orientation (including vertical tabs), and customize close button styling and placement.
Popup Animations: Add motion to popup blocks to create a more dynamic experience.
All popup updates are live now for every shop.
Faster Data Syncs for Brands using Prequel Destinations
We’ve upgraded the Push to Data Warehouse pipeline so that data syncs as soon as processing is complete, enabling quicker decision-making.
This enhancement is especially valuable for enterprise teams who rely on frequently refreshed data to guide daily performance checks and campaign planning.
Now live for all customer shops with active Prequel destinations.
Klaviyo Lists & Segments Now Sync Every 6 Hours
We’ve increased the sync frequency for Klaviyo lists and segments to every 6 hours. This unlocks launching same-day campaigns with fresher data. Live now for all merchants. Manual sync remains available in the Integrations tab.
Trends Analytics Now Refresh Twice Daily
We’ve added a second daily data refresh to the in-app analytics dashboards. European merchants will now see fresher data in the morning, while North American merchants still benefit from the original refresh window. This change is live for all shops using Trends dashboards.
