
What’s New in Postscript: November 2025 Product Updates
This month brings meaningful updates across Shopper and CashBack that make it even easier to deliver accurate answers, run sophisticated promotions, and understand each subscriber’s full journey. Here’s what’s new.
.txt File Uploads for Shopper
All brands using Shopper can now use .txt file uploads in Brand Center to provide detailed information that isn’t easily captured on their website. Brands can upload FAQs, policy details, product information, and more directly into the Links & Docs section of Brand Center. Shopper uses this content as a structured reference to deliver more precise, brand-authentic responses.

This feature is especially helpful for merchants with complex or nuanced policies, and early testing has shown strong improvements in answer accuracy. To get started, check out this customizable template (Note: this template is not required, just a jumping-off point!).
Coupon Stacking for CashBack
All merchants using Fondue CashBack can now specify which Shopify static discount codes are allowed to stack with a CashBack offer. This creates more flexibility for combining CashBack with a variety of promotions such as gift-with-purchase offers, sitewide holiday sales, and cart upsells.
Stacking CashBack with Shopify discount codes makes it easier to build promotions that drive higher conversions while protecting margins.
Unique Offers for Shopper
Shopper can now generate unique discount codes for subscribers during conversations. Brands can customize prefixes, discount types, expirations, and minimum purchase requirements giving them full control over how offers are distributed.
Unique codes help prevent discount leakage, enable cleaner tracking of Shopper-driven conversions, and allow merchants to create urgency with expiring offers. Available now for all brands using Shopper.
Multi-Offer Support for Shopper
Shopper now supports multiple simultaneous offers, including static codes, unique codes, and CashBack. Rather than relying on a single static promotion, Shopper can now choose the most relevant offer based on the customer’s needs and context.

This release gives brands more flexibility to personalize their promotional strategy and unlocks new opportunities to increase AOV and conversion rates. Multi Offer is now live for all brands using Shopper.
Subscriber Profile Timeline
Inside Conversations, all brands now have access to a unified subscriber profile timeline that displays subscriber details, tags, Shopify data, and full message history in one consolidated view.

This redesign provides a more intuitive way to review each subscriber’s journey. All existing data (and more!) remains available.
