Discover the best combination of creatives, timing, incentives, and more with A/B testing

While A/B testing has been available in Legacy Popups, brands can now conduct A/B tests using Postscript's new popup editor.

Marketers can configure your A/B test to end on a designated date and can target subscribers in specific locations. Postscript’s new popup editor is available to all brands and is currently in beta. A/B testing is available now to all brands.

With Enhanced Link Tracking, brands can now override or reset any custom global UTM tracking parameters defined in Shop Settings. Enhanced Link Tracking applies to flows that include any link-based merge tags (e.g., Shop Link or Abandoned Cart Link).

Enhanced Link Tracking

Enhanced Link Tracking is available to all brands on Fondue and SMS Sales. This feature will be rolling out to all brands on Postscript in the coming weeks.

Upload your Brand Guidelines and other documents to Brand Center for more control over your brand voice in Postscript AI features.

Brand Center gives marketers an opportunity to train and influence Postscript AI on their unique brand voice. Additionally, multiple checkpoints let marketers review AI-generated copy, adjust brand preferences, and provide feedback before sending messages.

Brands can now upload, manage, and store key documents (e.g., brand guidelines or style guides) and relevant links in Brand Center. By uploading and managing brand documents and links, marketers can influence Postscript AI to create more on-brand and engaging messages. This is available now to all brands using Postscript AI.
