I asked ChatGPT for help on this opener and here's my favorite answer: "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it’s May's Product Updates!!" LOL.

Anyways, let's dive into what's new in your Postscript account this month!

With Postscript popups, you can keep your popup experience on brand from opt-in to success message. Brands can now customize the success message at the end of a popup to easily personalize their messaging and craft a separate messages for new and existing subscribers.

Simplify flow management with Subscriber Attribute Splits

In automation flows, you can now split subscribers based on their segment membership in order to simplifying flow management.

You can also apply different messaging strategies cohesively within one single flow without needing to maintain multiple automations for each segment of subscribers they want to target.

This one is a win-win for brands and customers. You can more easily manage your flows and subscribers get a personalized experience!

Easily ID converting messaging strategies with branch analytics

With branch analytics in Flow Builder, you can view the aggregate statistics for each branch within any split in your flows at a glance. This allows you to easily compare them and see which one is performing better.

With branch analytics, you can determine what messaging strategies convert best with branch analysis so you can use those insights to inform builds of other flows or branches.

Branch analytics are currently being rolled out and will be available to all shops in the coming weeks.
