What’s New in Postscript: November Product Updates

Cyber Weekend is here, and we couldn’t be more excited! This month, we’ve rolled out the ability to create user accounts with varying permissions. We also launched two new integrations to help brands improve their customer experience through subscription management and back in stock notifications.

Create unique logins for your marketing personnel to better manage account security on both Postscript and Shopify. 

Brands can now designate specific user roles for any individuals who have access to Postscript. The ability to give and remove unique user permissions enables shops to keep their Shopify and Postscript accounts more secure. Current user roles include Admin and general User.

Use back in stock notifications to collect new subscribers and engage existing subscribers with our new Swym integration. 

Postscript brands that use Swym’s Back in Stock Alerts Pro Plan and up can now integrate the two solutions to collect email and SMS contact info on back in stock forms. This integration also allows you to send SMS messages to subscribers when a product is back in stock.

Improve the subscription management experience by meeting subscribers where they are—right in the text thread—using our new Prive integration.

Postscript’s new integration with Prive allows brands to deliver better subscription experiences through text. Brands can segment SMS subscribers based on active subscriptions in Prive; welcome subscribers to their subscription experience via SMS; and notify customers when their subscription begins, cancels, experiences a charge failure, and more.
