What’s New in Postscript: July 2026 Product Updates

This month is about giving you the controls: which offers your subscribers see and where, which countries you message, which warehouses count, and how much urgency your AI messages carry. Here's what shipped.

Set up an offer once, use it everywhere with Offer Management

You can now create and manage your offers inside Brand Center within Offer Management. See everything you're running at a glance, and update it all from one place.

Build advanced offers that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention: stacked discounts, buy one get one, gifts with purchase, subscription offers, and free shipping. Create an offer once and add it to automations, campaigns, popups, landing pages, or Shopper, with no need to rebuild discounts for each surface. Already running discounts in Shopify? Bring them in with one click, and update an offer once to have it update everywhere it's live, including in Shopify.

Each subscriber keeps the same active code throughout their journey, protecting your margins from stacked codes. Shopper has a complete view of that history, so it always knows the right offer to send next.

Open any offer to see exactly where it's live, and check Issued, Redeemed, and Redemption Rate to see which promos are actually working. Every offer built in Offer Management that's been issued to a subscriber shows up on their subscriber's profile, under Offer History.

See the details behind every order attributed to your SMS program

The Revenue and Orders report shows detailed information about attributed orders, replacing the old Revenue Report export.

Pick any date range or look at everything since you started. It includes customer ID, email, phone number, state, country, and the text of the message that drove the order. Revenue shows in dollars.

Find it from your dashboard: go to Data & Insights, then open Revenue and Orders. Available now for everyone.

Ask Shopper: turn conversations into insights

Shopper chats with your customers all day, every day. Ask Shopper gives you a direct line into what they're saying. Type any question about subscriber conversations and get back a structured breakdown of themes, patterns, and the specific conversations behind every insight. You can ask questions like:

  • What objections can we address on our product pages to help customers convert?

  • Are customers running into promo codes that aren't working? Which ones?

  • Tell me about the conversations from our Summer Sale campaign.

  • What are the most common reasons customers escalate to support?

Results are easily shareable by link so your whole team can access the same insights as you. Available for brands using Shopper. Take a look in Ask Shopper

Choose which countries you message

You can now choose which countries Postscript can message. Messages to countries you haven't checked are skipped before they reach the carrier, so you are never charged for them.

If you're just getting set up, you'll pick your countries during onboarding, and US and Canada only is the recommended starting point. Any time after that, go to your shop name, then Messaging Reach, to change it: send everywhere, check off countries one at a time, or check off a whole continent, with a search box for finding a specific country fast.

Online fulfillment location controls

You can limit inventory checks to just the locations that fulfill online orders, so that your Back in Stock popups, Back in Stock automations, browse abandonment, and AI product recommendations always match in stock. Locations not set to fulfill online orders in Shopify are excluded automatically, and you can update which locations count anytime in Shopify.

A batch of popup upgrades: new block capabilities, localization, and image controls

Your popups picked up a wide set of upgrades this month, from new ways to learn about a subscriber to a more powerful popup editor.

  • Radio buttons: Add quiz-style single-select questions to any opt-in form (“What are you shopping for?“) to collect zero-party data. Now available in both vertical and horizontal layouts!

  • Dropdowns: A clean single-select dropdown for longer option lists (more than 4 choices), with merchant-controlled option ordering.

  • Multi-select: Flip any dropdown into “allow multiple selections” - subscribers can pick more than one option, and every value lands on their record and is filterable in Segments and Flow Builder.

  • More birthday formats: Collect birth month, birth year, or a full birth date - not just day-and-month - unlocking birthday campaigns and age-segmented messaging with no third-party integration. Works with the existing Flow Builder date operators. Subscribers must be >=18.

  • Images as buttons: Attach any button action - link, route, apply offer, submit - to an uploaded image, with full keyboard accessibility.

  • Image hover states: Configure a replacement image plus a transition animation on hover, so images react as subscribers interact with them.

  • Localized consent language (Spanish/French): Merchants can now translate the SMS disclaimer into French or Spanish (with their own localized ToS/Privacy Policy links) so non-US popups read natively end to end — not just the parts they could already edit.

  • In-editor image cropping: Crop popup images right in the editor — no more re-uploading a perfectly-sized image just to fix the framing.

  • Focal-point control: Set an image's focal point so it stays centered on what matters as the popup resizes across devices.

  • Delete custom fonts: A new shop-level Custom Fonts settings page lets merchants remove broken or stale font files. If a font's still in use, we block the delete and link straight to the popups using it so they can reassign first.

Pause an always-on automation for a promo, then turn it back on

When you deactivate a flow, you've been able to choose what happens to subscribers already in it: remove them right away, or let them finish their journey in a draining state.

Now, you can transition draining automation flows back to enabled (reactivation) or directly to a deactivated state:

  • Reactivation: where the flow will resume accepting new subscribers while any in-flight subscriptions keep chugging along uninterrupted.

  • Deactivation: where the flow cleanly shuts down and closes out all in-flight subscriptions immediately.

This helps merchants juggling time-sensitive events alongside always-on automations. With this update, merchants can pause evergreen flows, run a different promotion strategy,  then flip things back on (or off) without having to rebuild from scratch.

Reply to Skip is now in Flow Builder

Reply to Skip is now available in Flow Builder. Subscribers can skip their next subscription order by texting back, on your Recharge upcoming charge automation flow.

If you're already running this in a legacy automation, you can migrate it into Flow Builder and put its full toolset to work on it. It's compatible with SMS, RCS texts, RCS cards, RCS carousels, and the backup message for any RCS send.

More controls for how your brand shows up in AI messages

You can now control urgency as a tone under Brand Guidelines > Tone of Voice. This update includes an Advanced Settings section for turning specific urgency tactics on or off. These new urgency settings give you even more control over your voice and tone so you can continue to protect your brand while taking advantage of Postscript AI.

There's also now an Advanced Settings section lets you turn four specific tactics on or off: Price increase, scarcity, timing pressure, competition.

Available now for all brands on Postscript AI.
